As a parent myself, I know the importance of training and how it can help you physically as well as mentally. 

When my son was born 18 months ago, I, like many parents stopped training because I felt like I didn't have time and it wasn’t my priority anymore. 

Looking back on it now makes me realise it was one of the worst things I could have done. 

I lost my fitness, my strength and my physique. Which in turn decimated my energy levels, my concentration, my happiness and self worth. 

I became overweight and unhappy - an awful place to be in. 

It took me a year after my son was born to realise I needed to do something about it. So I started training with intensity again, I was eating in a calorie deficit and tracking all my foods. 

I didn’t train for hours on end, I just started training smarter. I trained at lunch time, or after work, or in the mornings - any chance I could. Sometimes in the gym, sometimes at home - but always using movements within this program. 

This program has really helped me, and I would love it to help as many Dads as possible going through the same as I was. 

Turning to exercise and training really changed my life, hopefully it can help you too.
